Roles and Responsibilities:

● Greet and welcome guests.
● Perform check-ins and check-outs.
● Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
● Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
● Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
● Organize book keeping and issue invoices/checks.
● Perform inventory checks as and when needed.
● Assist in the service of food and beverage.
● Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
● Ordering of monthly supplies.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:

● Minimum 6 Months of Industrial Training.
● Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
● Last semester or Graduate student of the Hotel Management Program.
● Should be comfortable traveling all over India.
● Basic knowledge of F&B operations is an advantage.
