goSTOPS is India’s fastest-growing backpacker hostel brand, co-founded by Pallavi Agarwal and Pankaj
Parwanda in 2014. The company today has a geographical footprint at some of the major tourist spots
in the country such as Agra, Alleppey, Amritsar, Bir, New Delhi, Fort Kochi, Goa, Jaipur, Leh,
Manali, McLeod Ganj, Mumbai, Munnar, Mussoorie, Naggar, Palampur, Rishikesh, Udaipur, and
Varanasi. goSTOPS has hosted more than 500,000 travellers across its 32 locations pan India and is
expanding its footprints and targeting to be present in 50 locations by March 2022 and in 150
locations by March 2023. The audience is typically between 18 and 30 years old and comprises a cross-section of solo
travellers, group travellers, backpackers, digital nomads, and individuals seeking
interesting stay or work from hostel options. It is a full-stack operator brand that leases and transforms
budget hotels and operates them as backpacker hostels. goSTOPS aim is to focus on the cultural
revolution catering to the Gen-Z and create an accommodation brand they can call their own.


Your responsibilities: 
 
• Own end to end operations and overall management.
• Manage a team of Housekeeping & Security members and coordinate services with various
vendors for daily operations.
• Ensuring a high-quality delivery and coordination of services with respect to Food,
Housekeeping services.
• Understanding the requirements of the customer and articulately dealing with situations and
queries.
• Manage records, and checklists and do the various data entries required for smooth functioning of
the unit.
• Support in day-to-day operations - Ensuring a high-quality delivery and coordination of
services with respect to Food, housekeeping services, and Security services.
• Coordinate with concerned teams for repair & maintenance work at the properties
 
Skill sets/Experience/Education we require:
 
  • Experience between 5 and 10 years.
  • Graduate, preferred in Tourism and Hospitality domain.
  • Should have relevant knowledge in Housekeeping and Guest relations
  • Open for relocation.
  • Superb written and verbal communication
  • Computer literacy
